New Markets

Expanding towards new markets is Canopus’ latest challenge. The company’s first launch outside Belo Horizonte will be a new and exciting project: the participation on the Peninsula Enterprise, a unique condominium to be built in an 800 thousand square meters area, at the best location of Barra da Tijuca in Rio de Janeiro. The project was initiated at the first semester of 2003, after the launching of the first out of seven buildings that Canopus will construct.

This real estate venture is one of biggest and greatest undertaking projects in the country, located at a peninsula near Lagoa da Tijuca, by the sea, at a preservation area with two parks of 60 thousand m² each. A dazzling green area filled with natural beauty and safety, with controlled access by a monitoring and control system.
