They are costume-made projects for special investors, aiming at long term rental or sale, where Canopus, not only participates as an investor but also takes over the management of all the business phases, from its conception and construction to the investment return.

In this kind of business Canopus has already accomplished the following real estate ventures:

• One factory for Magneti Marelli do Brasil (Fiat Group) with 25 thousand square meters of constructed area;
• One college campus for UNA - União de Negócios e Administração (Business College), with approximately 20 thousand square meters of constructed area:

• Several floors rented for major national and international companies;

• A hotel managed by Transamerica.
