Customer’s Guide

Our service has always been our strongest suit. In Belo Horizonte the company sells its products through a Sales Center, totally computerized, with its own staff of brokers. In Rio de Janeiro Canopus’ products are sold through Patrimóvel, a company with over 25 years on the market and leader of its segment. Whenever someone looks for Canopus’ Sales Center or Patrimóvel, he/she will have available a professional team ready to provide all the explanation needed so that he/she can confirm that Canopus’ products are the best and safest option on the market.

With all those services available to potencial costumers, it couldn’t be different with the costumers who already have a contract with us and because of that, have become our partners. Canopus works with a trained staff dedicated exclusively to the personalized after-sales service: The Client Relationship Department. This team is the channel of communication between Canopus and the client, guiding and assisting his relation with our company. To facilitate and make our service more efficient, we´ve prepared below a guide with the most frequent doubts.

"Who do I talk to?"

To facilitate the contact after the signature of the contract of acquisition of the residential or commercial unit, Canopus created the Client Relationship Department. The Manager for Client Service is the professional responsible for direct assistance and support to our clients. It is through her that you will have all the necessary orientations and explanation. Once you sign the contract acquiring your unit, you will be informed of the name of your manager. Talk to her whenever you feel it’s necessary.

"Where can I do the payment?"

The first payment after the down-payment should be done at Canopus Offices, directly to your Manager for Client Service. The payment of the next installments can be done until the deadline at the bank agency on the bill (generally at any agency) that will be sent by mail to the address you indicate.

In case you don’t receive the bill before the deadline, contact your manager immediately.

"Can I visit my apartment during its construction ?"

You can and should. To visit the construction site, just contact you manager to schedule your visit. That way, you will confirm that Canopus keeps its promise of delivering the construction rigorously in schedule, with a high quality finishing.
