Deadline Certificate

Canopus offers to its clients the “Deadline Certificate”, giving them the right, on contract, to receive a fine to be paid by the company, in the event of delay. As all our real estates are delivered on time, not one client ever needed to use their certificate.

Leisure area

The diligence dedicated at the leisure area projects reflects the Canopus’ concern to offer the costumer always the best, even outdoors. Our buildings have complete leisure areas including:

  • Barbecue grill;
  • Shower;
  • Steam sauna
  • Party lounge
  • Tennis and/or shuttle court (*)
  • Swimming pool

Efficient Line: Smaller Expenses

Though the concept of "Efficient line: smaller expenses" Canopus offers high luxury units with low cost condominiums, using modern technologies that reduce costs and allows our costumers greater comfort.

Smart elevators can optimize the cost of energy of the condominium. That way, when someone asks for the elevators, only one of them goes for the wanted floor. Our point is, by avoiding both elevators to go to the same floor at the same time, we save energy. The smart elevators are equipped with floor number indicators on every floor, another detail that brings more comfort and practicability.

Rational light devices for saving energy: controlled by photo-electric sensors, the lighting at external areas is automatically activated when night falls and deactivated when the sun rises. Besides that, a general control board, at the disposition of the doorman, goes off when someone forgets the lights on, allowing the doorman to turn the light off without leaving the sentry-box. At common areas the fluorescent light bulbs are much more economical than the traditional ones.

Artesian well (if available at the site) and collectors of solar energy and/or gas heating system are other differentials that result in a great reduction of costs at the condominium.

Technology and Sophistication

Canopus' buildings also have different aspects such as sophistication and high technology in construction that raise comfort and reduce the flat’s or the office’s maintenance costs, assuring the owner a smaller maintenance rate and, consequently, more economy, durability and tranquility (*).

  • Structure levelling by laser system.
  • North-American system: concreting of the structure and finishing of the floors.
  • Individual electronic safety system.
  • Rubber structure to lessen the noise though the internal doors, lockers totally covered with insulation material.
  • Special granite fixation on facade.

Carpentry and Marble Workshops

The company has its own carpentry and marble workshops that ensure the superior standard of the products in marble, granite, and wood used at our constructions. With our own workers using industrial machinery with control of the whole production process, starting with the project, the raws material choice, and the execution techniques assure the quality, standard, beauty, to make sure that the pieces are functional and durable. The setting of the lockers for example, is accomplished without glue, it works as a simple fix (Mini-fix system), allowing a easy assemble and dismantle, in case of maintenance.

European System of Water Installation

The European water installation system is an intelligent improvement. It permits the planned access to the water pipes, when in need of maintenance. The water distribution is strengthened by a flexible high resistant hose. The material's mobility on the structure dismisses standard connections and reduces considerably the problems cause by this type of structure.

If needed the reposition or maintenance on the system, the process became much simpler due to the visitable areas where the water installations are located. The lid in acrylic or granite that accompanies the floors standard, whether on the laundry room or bathroom, may be removed, exposing then the water system and facilitating a eventual repair.

The owner's manual, given to the clients when the real estate is delivered, presents the location of all electric and water installations. That is Canopus comfort and quality.
